Lekha Washington , the former SS Music VJ is now betting big on her full length heroine role in Tamil Quarter Cutting, directed by Pushkar and Gayathri.
In the trailer of the film, she was very impressive and has equal footage with the male leads Shiva and SPB Charan. The hit song in the album tuned by GV Prakash is her solo song in the film
The trouble is that she has one foot in Bollywood, where her debut film with television star Rajiv Khandelwal Peter Gaaya Kaam Se is yet to release, while her Kollywood Quarter Cutting is ready for release.
Lekha has to take a call and opt for either B or K Wood, if future offers have to come through. However K town prefers her in only sister roles after Lekha played Vinay’s sister in Jayam Kondaan.
